Refund policy

Lockie boards and tag renders are digital products delivered as files. This policy sets the refund boundary in US dollars.

Before checkout is enabled

Payment provider pending. No payment is collected on this site yet — nothing is charged until checkout is enabled. While our payment provider is pending, no money changes hands on this site, so there is nothing to refund for basket or reserved items until an order is confirmed.

Digital delivery boundary

• A layout board or Tag Builder render is complete once the files are delivered to you.
• Because delivery is instant and digital, delivered renders are non-refundable once downloaded.
• Unused tag credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in USD, to the original method.

If something is wrong

If a delivered board is corrupt, incomplete or does not match what you ordered, email support@lockie.shop within 14 days and we will re-render it or refund that board in USD.
